This is a great holster its light weight and durable. I have been a cop for awhile this is the best holster that I have ever owned.

Not a big fan on hip carrying being military and all so I bought a side leg jock strap holster platform for it and it was nice. Still breaking it in, tends to stick when drawing my 1911 but it's brand new so it needs to be broken in. Great holster though, don't miss the old thumb safety the old ones has so this is a great holster.

I have this holster for a SIG and a Glock. I wear The SERPA Level 1 in the office, but this one on a thigh rig in the field. There's not much I can say that I don't like about it. Anyone who has had a career carrying different weapons, knows that the right tool is chosen for the right job. However, nothing can meet every need possible, ergo, most of us carry backup's. As for the bad? Sometimes, I bump the corner of a wall when wearing this holster. Occasionally I have to look down to holster, etc. But, all weapons systems and associated accesories have varied but similar idiosyncrasies compounded by the situation the shooter finds themselves facing. I will say this...it's my favorite holster next to my comfy old leather pancake holster.
